Do you accept insurance?

I do not bill to insurance, all sessions are out-of-pocket at time of service; however, I can provide you with a Superbill, which is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to see if you can receive reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA card?

Yes, I accept HSA payments

Do I need to be in Florida to work with you?

Not necessarily. It's best to leave a message with your name and location and we'll get in touch to let you know.

What does a typical schedule of appointments look like?

STEP 1

Once you book your initial call you will receive a welcome email to set up your account and to download the HIPPA compliant Practice Better app. We will communicate mainly through Practice Better both during (via ZOOM) and between appointments.

STEP 2

Complete the intake forms at least 2 days prior to your appointment. I spend time reviewing these before your consultation, so we can make the best use of the time!

STEP 3

Click the link in your appointment reminder in Practice Better to open up your Zoom call. (If you have no used Zoom before I recommend downloading and testing prior to your appointment time). You will be sent reminders for all of your appointments via Practice Better.

STEP 4

In the first session we will review your intake forms and get started on some realistic changes that align with your health goals and current lifestyle. At this appointment will we discuss and confirm any testing that’s needed and get your kit(s) ordered. I will get your kits(s) ordered at this time and our next meeting will be when the results come in.

STEP 5

Follow-up sessions are to identify what is working, identify barriers and provide accountability for your health goals.
